Privacy Policy for AppyDroid Development
Last Updated: December 19, 2025
At AppyDroid Development, we are committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to our mobile applications and software services.
1. Data Collection and Usage
We operate under a strict "No Collection" philosophy. Our apps are designed to function without the need to harvest, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers.
App Environment: All data generated within our applications remains strictly within the local app environment on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Third-Party Vendors: We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers that collect or share user information.
2. Information Provided by You
The only instances where we interact with user data are through voluntary communication:
Email Correspondence: If you contact us for support, we will use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
Support Messages: Information provided in support requests is used strictly for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
3. Google Play Console Services
As our apps are distributed via the Google Play Store, we may have access to certain non-identifiable technical information provided by Google Play Console services for debug and performance reasons. This includes:
Device Metadata: Device model, hardware specifications, and Android OS version.
Crash Reports: Anonymous technical logs to help us identify and fix software bugs.
4. Children’s Privacy & Age Restrictions
Our applications are developed for and targeted toward an adult audience (18+).
Target Audience: We do not intentionally target children under the age of 18. In the Google Play Console, our applications are categorized for users aged 18 and above.
Automated Filtering: While we do not manually limit access to users below this age threshold, we rely on Google Play’s built-in parental controls and account filtering (such as Family Link). These services are designed to automatically restrict the visibility of 18+ applications on devices logged into child-managed accounts.
Data Protection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under 18, we will delete that information immediately.
5. Data Security
Since we do not store user data on external servers, the security of your data is governed by the security of your Android device. We recommend keeping your device OS updated.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
