  • Manage your files: Effortlessly delete old sessions or upload new system apps and files, Even make backups by downloading the system files.

  • Protection built in, The menu.bin is the main Operating system, This can be updated but not deleted, Ensuring your device is safe from accidental deleting. ​

The other modes use complex linguistic bluprints which generate truely unique results based on over 100 Data samples per scan, The results are often cryptic but can possibly be meaningfull to an extent. In other words its not your regular generative tool.

Firmware update V1.2 Adds Gesture touch screen support for general navigation of the menu system

Swipe up/down to navigate, Tap the ICON To select menu item, Your original navigation controls are still 

implimented so can be controlled as you did before.

New boot splash screen added which modernises the UI Loading screen. The .png file is now stored in the icons folder on the SD CARD, /icons/bootscreen.png , You can personolise this should you need too giving you your own personolised boot loading screen. NOTE! The resolution must be preserved, And must be in .png format to load properly. This is an option for advanced users, Deleting this file will revert you to the old Boot screen image.

Vibration Logger for the VM5 GEN2  This application transforms your device into a highly sensitive motion detection and event logging tool, perfect for monitoring vibrations, movements, or impacts on any surface.Think of it as a digital tripwire. 

​

Key Features

 

  • Smart Calibration: The app automatically learns its resting position—whether flat, upright, or at an angle—ensuring accurate detection regardless of placement.

  • High-Sensitivity Monitoring: Designed to detect even faint vibrations like footsteps, light taps, or the closing of a nearby door.

  • Clear Event Counter: A large, easy-to-read counter on the main screen keeps a running tally of all triggered events.

  • Auto-Disarm Feature: Simply picking up the device will cause it to automatically "disarm," allowing you to interact with the menu without setting off false alarms.

  • On-Screen Status: The display clearly indicates whether the device is currently ARMED (actively monitoring) or DISARMED (halted).

  • Persistent Settings: Your preferred volume and brightness levels are automatically saved and reloaded each time you launch the app.

  • SD Card Logging: All event history can be saved to a .txt file on the SD card for later review.

  • How to use

  • Using the Vibration Logger is simple and follows a clear workflow.

  • Arming Sequence: When you first launch the app (or exit the menu), a 10-second countdown will begin. This is your window to place the device in the desired location.

  • Calibration: After the countdown, the screen will briefly display "Calibrating...". During this moment, the device takes over 100 sensor readings to establish a stable baseline of its current resting position. It's important that the device is perfectly still during this phase.

  • Monitoring (ARMED): Once calibrated, the screen will show STATUS: ARMED in green. The device is now actively and silently monitoring for any vibrations that exceed its highly sensitive threshold.

  • Triggered Event: When a vibration is detected, the device will:

  • Instantly increment the Event Counter.

  • Flash the screen and display TRIGGERED.

  • Play a series of sharp beeps.

  • Automatically re-arm itself after a 2-second cooldown.

  • Disarming the Device: To stop monitoring or access the menu, simply pick up the device. The sustained motion will be detected, and the status will change to STATUS: DISARMED in orange. In this state, the sensor is halted, and you can safely handle the device.

Installation is easy, Simply download the .zip file and extract the contents you will be left with 1 "icons" folder and the main program file "VIBRATION.bin" Copy both to your VM5 GEN2 Sd card and that its it, you will now find the new App inside the APPS Drawer.

THE VM5 ORIGINAL UPDATE IS HERE!!!

MENU V1.1 And the all new updated Apps are finally here!

ORIGINAL VM5 OWNERS ONLY!

 

This update will permanently upgrade your VM5 and the core apps to version 1.1. With our new VM5 GEN2 menu and apps, can now enjoy the same experience as the updated model.

 

Updating is easy: Download the SD files below, your current SD card, then copy the new system files onto your SD card and reinsert it into the VM5. Follow these three simple steps to permanently integrate the new menu and migration process:

​

1. Remove old files from the SD Card, Copy the new contents of the SD card folder, Place card back into device.

2. Install the USB Drivers from the drivers folder for your windows version.

3. Plug in device to USB Cable and run the VM5 Menu installer tool

4. Select com port and choose your com port for the devie usually the com port is more than COM 10. 

5. Select ERASE Button and wait until the proccess finishes. Then select Burn option to flash the new Menu. 

If you get an error, from the window, check your com port or try another Com number. 

6. Once the menu has been burned, Goto Apps drawer and run the KEY_MIGRATION App. 

This checks the EFUSE Version and copies a new Authenticator to your new menu, 

Verify that the proccess was complete in Settings/info. It should show AUTHENTICATED. 

You have now succesfully updated your device. 

 

Afterward, reconnect the SD card to your PC and delete KEY_MIGRATION.bin, to clean up the installation and remove it from your app drawer menu.

 

IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE FILES FROM THE GEN2 DEVICE ON OLDER VM5 MODELS AND VICE VERSA!

Despite the apps appearing similar across generations, they are not compatible, which may result in a permanent boot loop. Your device will then need to be sent back for reflashing, which is user-recoverable. It is crucial to download the correct device files, clearly marked as ORIGINAL VM5 or VM52. All devices will receive the supported apps when updates are available.
